Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy hopes to be fit for Saturday's home match with Charlton despite suffering a hip injury in the Netherlands' 3-0 World Cup qualifying win in Andorra on Wednesday.

However, van Nistelrooy played down the injury.
'It is just a knock. It is nothing serious,' he said.

Man u cant do without van nistelrooy now haha... Now man u has very individualistic players... LEss of teamwork... the 99 team had teamwork.. thats why they won the European Champions league..
