I spent the beginning of this week looking for jobs: calling schools, calling numbers on the classified section of the Straits times. All seemed to be of no avail. It was like I was not going to work for this week. But... Praise the Lord! I received a call on wed morning at 710am to go down to kranji secondary for relief teaching for a day, and subsequently i also went down on thursday and friday too. At least in these 3days I managed to earn sufficent allowance. N also received a call to go down for an interview on monday, although details aren't confirmed. Matthew 7:7-8 says - "Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. God answers us when we are really seek the Lord and ask the Lord to provide.

The first two days of the week was like not really making any progress getting the job. I just went about calling and calling but then i realised that I had not really asked the Lord to provide. I spent some time really praying n asking God to provide the way, and sure enough, I was called on every morning of the next 3days to go down for relief teaching.
